Missionary Yogi expresses the intersection between a holistic yoga practice and an authentic, transparent Christian faith.

It’s a place where I will share my story and my life with you through blogs, vlogs, and photos.

A place where I’ll share my yoga practice with you and invite you into yours through videos where we will get on our yoga mats and breathe, stretch, move, and feel alive — together!

(Check out my “Why Yoga?” post if you’re interested about that)

This is a place where I’ll invite you to journey with me!

My close friend and fellow ‘missionary yogi’ Jessica Dahl and I are launching our first Wholeness Journey this March 2017 — and there are many more to come! A Wholeness Journey is a unique blend of yoga retreat and missions trip where we reflect on all that God has given us, and we give it away through service and outreach to the local community.

This place is home to a tribe of like-minded people passionate about their faith, serving a world in need, and being fully healthy and whole in mind, body, and spirit. Join our community!

I’m so glad you’re here!

About Me!

Hi! I’m Christina.
If I already know you, imagine this is a big virtual hug! Thanks for coming to ‘see’ me!

If I don’t already know you — welcome! This is also a big virtual hug for you. Or maybe a high five, if you’re not a hugger. Thanks for being interested in what I’m building! I’m glad you found my little corner of the internet.
My life’s mission is to inspire and activate people to live passionate and authentic lives. I do this by creating retreats, trainings, and conversations that help us cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and connectedness with God, ourselves, and others.

That’s what I’m about.
But who am I?

I’m a dreamer, a starter, and a celebrator. I’m a daughter, a wife, and a mommy of an unborn baby in Heaven. I’m a missionary spreading the love of God in direct and indirect ways; I’m a yogi using her practice to honor Jesus and connect more fully with myself and the world around me. I’m a woman who has found freedom through my faith, my work, and my community — and now I’m committed to help others find that same freedom.

I’m lover of laughter, yoga, delicious food, craft beer, and exploring the world.

My biggest strength and often my biggest weakness is my love for indulging in the juicy goodness of life.
I am a fun-lover, a people-lover, and I’m always trying to be fully present everywhere I am — squeezing the last drop out of every moment and experience.

Thank you so much for checking out my work — and I hope to connect with you soon!
